Obama Won't Wait for Constitution to Act on Jobs

Right from the horses mouth, in the face of the bipartisan defeat of his jobs bill in the Senate, Obama pledges to act anyway. He states his defiance of the Constitution and the separation of powers:

We’re not going to wait for Congress.  So my instruction to… all the advisers who are sitting around the table is, scour this report, identify all those areas in which we can act administratively without additional congressional authorization

Out of control.
